Aux Fleurs Folies, a florist based in Montreal, is seeking to establish a website where customers can book bouquets or plants online. The website is intended for customers who regularly purchase bouquets and need to make their purchases before picking up their goods in-store to ensure they do not miss out.

Create an eye-catching and easy-to-use product that fulfills the client’s needs. Many local florists have outdated designs that do not appeal to their target audience or lack a website altogether. Additionally, users often encounter issues with unclear website structures and poor copywriting, resulting in a less seamless online purchasing experience.
Many florist websites contain excessive information and have confusing site maps, making them difficult for users to navigate.
Shops fail to update their websites frequently enough, which leads to the dissemination of misleading information.
In order for users to return to the same shop regularly, they need a reason to do so.
Information architecture must be built before wireframes or any visuals are created.
This user flow shows the user’s journey from the homepage to the checkout page.
Based on my findings with potential users, I focused on two main directions: implementing a simple navigation system with clear naming conventions to assist users in finding the website, and providing only essential information to prevent user confusion.
The user interface of the products was designed in a clean, minimalist, elegant manner in order to separate them from their competitors in the market.
